Use of CAPortalInteraction page is not supported in CPM 8.4

We Have upgraded our application from pega 7.1 to pega 8.4, CPM 8.4 and CPMI 8.4. recently .

Before to the upgrade, the  page CAPortalInteraction is used everywhere in the application to refer data.

but when we analyzed after the upgrade , Page CAPortalInteraction is empty , which was used by almost all the rules in our application.

And Contents in the CAPortalInteraction page is now available in D_Interaction page.

currently we are manually updating the references and it is highly time consuming . Is there any tool or utility to replace the places that used CAPortalInteraction page with D_Interaction ??
