The usage of PegaUSAGE.json.log

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to populate the PegaUSAGE.json.log file in temp directory. This is auto generated by itself but it is always empty. Can someone tell me exact operation how I can populate this log file? There is no information available on Pega Community.
