The usage of PegaDATAFLOW.log

Hi,

 

There is a log file called "PegaDATAFLOW.log" in temp directory but I am unable to find any information what they are on Pega Community. I see some information related to Kafka are fulfilled but can someone please explain the difference from log files under kafka- Proprietary information hidden\logs?
