WITH UR clause in report

We have couple of reports (list views) in our application where the getContent has been customized to include 'WITH UR' at the end of the generated query.

We were thinking of converting those reports to RD. I believe in RD, this 'WITH UR' clause can't be included as content activity in RD cannot be customized.

Does removing this clause have any impact on performance? I found this is only for retrieving dirty data from DB and also DB2 apps are not suitable for this operation (our database is DB2)
