Upon RadioButton selection, Grid is getting refreshed and screen is navigated to the top on refresh
In repeating Grid, Customized Radiobutton is used. upon selection of that radio button, Screen is navigated to the top. This code is working fine in V6 and there is no issue. screen doesn't navigate to the top. Radio button is customized as below.

If you are section is too big enough, this is an expected behaviour. If you would like to stop this behaviour please provide the clear details of your implementation.
1. In customized radio button control : you have configured the onclick action which is trigering do refresh and logic been applied. - working.
2. In the same script you were triggering doRefreshInstText(); which will be triggered on the load of the screen not onclick of radio button.
3.Section Name : "RestrictionSection" is that the Grid section or the radio button section??
Please captured the network trace logs when and on which click refresh is getting triggered.
Provide the reproducible steps in detail.

1. The section s not at all big, It just contains one Repeating Grid
2. We haven't configured any action set in the Customized radio button control that would be triggered to do refresh on click of radio button.
3. Restricted section is neither Grid Section nor RadioButton Section- This is an other section which has few texts that should be visible in few scenarios depending on the Radio button that is selected in the Grid Results
