Uploading downloaded file by FilePath control

Hi Guys

I am facing an issue where via FilePath control I cannot upload a document which is downloaded. It is saying that it is quarantining downloaded documen for security reason. This is an embedded feature in Pega8.4. I want to know how to upload a previously downloaded file via FilePath control
