Uploading 100 users in bulk from excel in pega and calling certain APIs to sync users on other app takes 6-7 minutes

Uploading 100 users in bulk from excel in Pega and calling certain APIs to sync users on other app, takes 6-7 minutes. We have seen Performance Profiler report also, it seems the API calls are taking more time (example: RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY RULE-CONNECT-REST INVOKE #20190122T054629.929 GMT,RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY @BASECLASS PXCALLCONNECTOR #20181203T062716.164 GMT is taking considerable amount of time), though functionally it is working fine. We have performance issue any help ?
