UpgradeEstimator tools fails on PRPC6.3

Hello! I am running the Upgrade Estimator on an PRPC 6.3 SP1 application. The status bar gets stuck at 6%. Can someone help?

Hi.  I did delete the DSS that are present in PegaUpgradeEE RS, except for the 2 you mentioned. When I opened the Upgrade Estimator, I had results. However, the results were only for a fraction of the rules in the application. The estimate is not correct. There is a discrepancy between the Rule Summary and the Upgrade Effort. Screen prints are attached to this post. Also the error in the PegaRules.log has been uploaded. Thanks!
