Upgrade Steps

Hi,

We are planning to upgrade our pega 7.2 to Pega 8.1 so I was just curious if there is any document (Apart from pega upgrade guide) which elaborates step by step process. Please note the application also have CRM 7.2 framework so it also needs to be updated to 8.1
