Upgrade Oracle DB 12C to 19C on PRPC 7.4 and SD 7.48

As support for Oracle 12C is ending we need to upgrade to DB19C version. We are on PRPC 7.4 and SD is on 7.48. We would like to understand will there be any compatible issue upgrading to 19C if we keep PRPC and SD version same. Also advise on what all components we need to upgrade to support Oracle 19C keeping PRPC and SD version same.
