Updated property is not getting displayed at in the email body

Hi All l, I am facing one issue with displaying updated property value inside the email body.

The drafted mail was generated in the first screen for the user to view or edit. The same email is getting displayed as Review Mail in the end.

But the Review Mail should contain the updated property because the property will be calculated just before the end of the case.

I had used Pre DT to bring up the property value which is currently displayed in the clipboard but not in the email body.

 

Can somebody help me on this?
