Update values to a property depending on another property

I have task like I need to update one property automatically when I select other 2 properties values

Can anyone tell me how to do these

@MarijeSchillern  Hi Actually Its a Electronic Case it will be calling through Service rest rule so My question now the Plan ID is Displaying In the UI but Contract ID Is not coming Now I need a help like how I can display Contract ID Depending on Plan ID Value
