Update Completion Status to workbasket Item

We configured a workbaskek and retriving cases in automation. We need to update the completion status of each WorkItem after processing it. We were assigning the 'SetCompletionstatus' as 'completed'. But it is getting updated as The automation is unsuccessful.

Any one facing this issue? any response would be appreciated.
