unstable response time service rest

Hi All,

I have a service rest ( API ) through the json text, sometimes the response time only 2 second and sometimes more than 10 second.

any suggest or any solution for this ? im Using Pega 8.1.1 all RDB List im using already index and optimized

Hello Charlie,

Finding what is causing this delay is crucial to fixing this behaviour.

You can use the out of the box Performance tool to identify the root cause of it and take appropriate remedial actions.

You can also review your PegaRULES-alert logs to understand if there are any alerts logged for the issue prone service.
