In the build stage, Like for inbound channel, in absence of a web page, we can test the end to end strategy execution, dataflow execution(IH and Adaptive update) by running the container service directly(by providing sample request parameter).

Similarly for outbound can we do that(Strategy and dataflow execution testing including IH and Adaptive update) anyhow in the absence of any campaign or real-time event?
