Our application is hosted on the Pega Cloud and I am trying to understand about the time zone being used in the Pega system for our application and what configurations can be changed by us:

• The SR team mentioned that the time zone is set up when the application is deployed and is done in the settings of the database server, application server and system I am deploying to. I have been asked to verify the below by the SR team:

                  The time zone information for Time zones, character encoding, and regional settings need to be the same. Verify that your database server, application server, and the system on which you are deploying Pega. Make sure you use the same:

• Time zone
• Character encoding (UNICODE or EBCDIC)
• Regional settings/locale

How can I verify this information? And can we change the application's timezone at server level? If so, how. What all aspects of the application would it affect, like reports, SLA's etc.

I am new to Pega development and dont have much experience with the platform. I have tried to find this information online but cant seem to get a straight-forward answer through any articles. Please advise where I can find specific information related to timezones for applications hosted in the Pega Cloud.
