Understanding decision strategy execution Course: proposition Eligibility not working
I am going through the exercise for " Understanding decision strategy execution". I am on step 3 of this guide https://pegasystems2.https.internapcdn.net/pegasystems2/marketing/C-1337-ExerciseGuide.pdf
when I run the results, the Segment for all three Red, Green, Black, are all "No Offer;" however, when I test the decision table, the offer/no offer results work. I do have step 4K set up with the Customer page and "via."
There are no instructions on how to check the data coming into the strategy, or what to try if the segment results do not come out right.
What guidance can you provide as to how to fix whatever might be wrong?

I just tried executing the exercise to see if I can replicate the issue. The exercise works fine for me.
I think, there will be some misconfiguration in the decision table or the decision table component.
In the course on Academy, there is a solution video provided for this exercise. This video will help you execute the exercise.

When I test the table separately, it works fine. It is only when I choose "Run" under actions that the results do not work. I don't understand how to do the "
"After every step, check the result of the strategy using the pyDefault data transform. The data transform defines a customer with the following profile: Age=27, Region=South, Salary=35.000" Could the problem be that I am using "Run" under actions and somehow I'm supposed to test using the pyDefault (which I couldn't find under Data Transform, nor would I know how to test with that as there aren't specific instructions)

I figured it out, with the help of a developer. In the "Run" screen, there is a box that says "Use Data transform" in small print. I hadn't really seen/paid attention to that. When I clicked on that, there were a lot of Data Transforms, but chose the one called "Default". The data then processed correctly. You may want to add a screen shot of the "Run screen" or explain further what is meant in the instructions about using pyDefault to test (I still have no idea what that means.)
