Understand purpose of pyLiveValue
Hi @SUDIPTA SUR ,
I came across your post on Delayed Learning (https://support.pega.com/question/getting-exception-while-implementing-delayed-learning-abstract-source-and-abstract) where you mentioned a field called pyLiveValue.
We have a scenario where, for certain channels, we need to retain responses for 42 days, while for others, the default retention period of 30 days applies. To meet this requirement, I believe we should store the data in the pxDecisionResults dataset for 42 days.
I noticed that pyLiveValue could be used for this purpose, but I'm unsure if it might impact any out-of-the-box functionalities (such as Delayed Learning).
Could you shed some light on the intended use of the pyLiveValue field?
