Unauthenticated screen - can we log occurrence to track and quantify the issue
We have agents who receive the "pega unautheticated" purple screen. See attachment. Is there a way to log when this occurs to quantify the issue?

The first thing I would check is the PegaRULES log, to see if any corresponding errors show up for that user around the time the issue occurred. Do you see anything there?
I'd also recommend seeing if the users remember exactly what they were doing at that time, to try to establish a pattern. Are you aware of any pattern to when this occurs?
