Unable to start WAS after deploying the ear

Hi All

We deployed PRPC 7.2.2 ear on WAS Proprietary information hidden. It is a cluster with 2 nodes, hence we gave all the configurations at cluster/cell level in WAS console. The EAR is deployed successfully but we are unable to start neither the server nor the PRPC application. Please let us know if anyone has faced similar issues.

Environment Details:

WAS - Proprietary information hidden; DB - SQL; PRPC version - 7.2.2 (ear deployment)

Hi Sruthi,

Could you share, server log capturing starting WAS event. Or is there any exception you get on console?

Please share it further investigation.

Also, please verify the supported WAS and DB-SQL version(specifically jars) for Pega7.2.2
