Unable to see text Encrypted property in UI even when condition satisfied

We are unable to see text Encrypted property in UI even Access when condition satisfied. And also, i want to encrypt all the independent columns data in Work class table. How this can be done.

We have newly placed Cipher mechanism in our environments & i could able to encrypt the data only if i defined the property type as text encrypt or password.

Thanks for quick response sudhakar. I could see the brief about implementation of cipher process and how encryption will work in the provided link.

But didn't see the instructions much for decription & even I have read the article hhttps://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v722/procomhelpmain.htm which says about decryption to show the value in UI. text encrypted property in UI, it's still showing encrypted value only.
in 1st assignment we have given the value for encrypted text property, in 2nd assignment using the same text encrypted property, even the access when satisfied, decrypted  value is not showing in 2nd assignment

In UI, control was text input, hence it showed text from the clipboard. drag and drop the property from the left side panel worked for this issue
