Hi All, 

While I was doing Hands-on practice on CASE SPECIALIZATION  I saved the Casetype but after saving it, It removed the casetype as well as flow and views. Now to resolve this issue I've gone through multiple post but It's not getting resolved. I've checked the pyDefault Casetype  as well but It's showing error for Parent Casetype. I've also checked the class in which I'm creating both Parent and Child Casetype and it is still present. I've also checked the checkboxes of casetypes in Cases & Data tab and saved it. But still workflow as well as Casetype is not visible. And when I'm trying to open my Casetype from Recents it's showing Ruleset as locked.
