Unable to process the SAML WebSSO request : Caught Exception while validating SAML2 Authentication response for SSO profile

I need to enable ping federation as an authentication service.

I get this error:

Unable to process the SAML WebSSO request : Caught Exception while validating SAML2 Authentication response for SSO profile : The Response must contain a destination that matches the assertion consumer URL

 

Pega 8.6

Websphere 8.5.5 App server

 

Details of the configuration:

 

  • The user ID is in the list of operators in Pega.
  • The expiry date of the IP metadata is not given.
  • No digital signature used.
  • IP metadata imported succesfuly (Valid certificates imported)
  • SP metadata configured in SAML service
the details of the configuration is in attached file.

 

Questions.

How can I trace or found the saml errors?

Is this error related to the authentication service configuration?
