Unable to preview attachment using snowbound virtual viewer in Pega 8.7

Hi,

We are facing the issue to preview the attachment using snowbound virtual viewer.

Below are the steps we completed to implement snowbound virtual viewer.

1. Deployed VirtualViewer.war file to tomcat/webapps directory 2. Copied the SnowboundLicence.jar file into virtualviewer/WEB-INF/lib directory. 3. Imported VirtualViewer.jar file to Pega. 4. Added the VirtualViewer component to the list of Enabled components in application definition rule. 4. Restarted the server 5. Update DSS(VirtualViewerURL) rule by giving the value https://<ServerURL>/virtualviewer/?

When I am trying to open any attachment, the virtual viewer frame is getting displayed but the attachment content is not available. Please find the attached screenshot.

Can someone please help to troubleshoot this ?
