I have a situation where i need to save pdf file on to local computer which is generated from windows application. Here save button is working fine with send keys but my requirement is to perform the action other than send keys.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

@RakeshR55 In order to click on the box without SendKeys, you will need to be able to interrogate it. We don't specifically have support for Adobe controls via interrogation, but you can certainly try. If your intention is to run this automation when your machine is locked, you might not have much success however.
For these situations, I prefer to use Process Explorer (from Microsoft) to understand the hierarchy of the processes. From your Windows Application, you can use that tool to determine if Adobe (or whatever application has your "Save button") is a child of your Windows application, or if it is its own separate process. If it is the former, you could set the HookChildProcesses property of your adapter to True and be able to interrogate it. If it is the latter, then you would need to use an an adapter whose StartMethod is set to MonitorAll.
