Unable to invoke or get values from RDA into Pega using flow action

While connecting Pega Robotics Studio 8 with Pega 7.4 PE getting below error.

Unable to invoke robotic automation from this screen. The automation service is either unavailable or this system is not authorized to execute automation's. You have the option of either quitting or continuing with your work flow

Whether the issue is with Pega 7.4 PE, since I followed all the steps involved in configuring the automation with automation running(by clicking start button)

Can you see localruntime.pega.com certificate in mmc console? It it used by REST services:

If not, you probably did not checked "Enable RDA Integration" while installing Studio:

I suggest to reinstall Studio with RDA functionality checked.
