Unable to interrograte a windows based tool ( used for SOA testing) using Pega.
Unable to interrogate a windows based tool ( used for SOA testing) using Pega. While starting interrogating the tool opens but the target icon is closed after 2-3 seconds . After that the tool is launched but in pega's web adapter , "Start Interrogation" is displayed. Please help us what could be the issue and how to fix this.

This issue exists both in Windows 7 as well as Windows10. We are using Pega Robotics Studio 8.0.1080.0 .

Upgrade to 8.0.2023 to see if the issue occurs with this version. If it does, you need to open a support request for an investigation.

What is the version of Windows OS? Also, the version of Pega Robotics Studio?
We have seen interrogation issues with few version of Windows 10 that has been fixed in our latter versions. Test with latest version of Robotics Studio (8.0.2023).
