Unable to Integrate Pega and Alexa using cloud instance

Hi Team,

We are trying to integrate Pega and Alexa using pega trial version cloud instance : https://lzo4oatf.pegace.net.

Issue : When we try to integrate from pega trial version -cloud instance, Alexa integration is not successful. (Here we didnt use ngrok to host the url and not sure whether cloud url is required to host using ngrok or not).

When we try to integrate from Personal Edition or VMWare , Pega and alexa integration worked as expected. (Note: Here we used ngrok and copied forwarding URL in Alexa Dev Console).

Please let us know whether Pega and Alexa integration is possible from  pega trial version cloud instance or not.
