Hi,

I am trying to build a web chat bot. Inside the case type, I have configured a question rule. In the question rule I am trying to display a section by trying Answer mode= custom section to represent the question.

While testing, when I typed the specific command from the chat window, the section name is getting reflecting, instead of the actual section content. But, for timebeing I used paragraph rule and it is working fine.

Can someone please guide me to display the section rule content in chat window. Current version am using is Pega 8.5.3V
