Unable to download Pega 7 Personal Edition

Hi,


Not sure if this is relevant topic for pega mesh but I would really appreciate if someone can help. I am trying to download PRPC 7.1.9 Personal edition but download speed is very low. In general I get 4 MBPS download speed on my network but whenever I am trying to download PRPC PE, download speed is not exceeding 50-60 KBPS.
