Unable to delete an empty row from delegated data type records.

Hello All,

We have delegated a bunch of data types to user , when he adds a new record and tries to delete the same without entering anything it is not getting deleted and the screen gets frozen, they have to reload browser. And this is happening when the columns in a data type are more than 4. For less no of column issue is not there.

Steps reproduce:

1. Create a data type with more than 4 columns delegate it.

2. Open the data type from configurations tab and click on add new record.

3. Try deleting the same without entering anything.

Pega version 8.6.4
