Unable to create a new landing page from App Studio in 8.5

I am trying to create a new landing page from App Studio in 8.5.

As per one of the new features video, the landing page creation feature only comes when the application has been enabled to support React based UI. 

I updated the settings the application rule, but still i am unbale to create a new landing page. I am just getting an error on the screen. And as soon as i try to re-login, i am getting a message that the URL has been updated and from then i am unable to login in the pega environment.

Please let me know what settings needs to be updated to create a new landing page from app studio.
