Unable to connect rally host from Agile Work Bench (7.3.1)
Hello,
When I'm trying to connect to Rally hosted on cloud using CA agile work bench in Pega 7.3.1, receiving following error. End point used (https://rally1.rallydev.com/slm/webservice/v2.0/projects)

I'm not able to reach to the rally server if I hit the same url from browser without logging into SSO. It works only when I logged in SSO. Which means in our company we are able to reach rally only with SSO (okta)
Here how can I integrate rally from Pega?

As I know, SSO is for connecting web applications to sign-in. But these are REST end points.
Could you please try to hit the same REST end point from any http rest client tool like postman, SOAP UI, etc. by providing the requesting basic auth credentials (user name and password) to connect to Rally /CA Agile Central? If that works, make sure to configure the same credentials in the auth profile(PM_CAAgileCentral) that we connect to CA Agile Central.

Please get in touch with your okta administrator either to get those credentials or configure this using any SSO setting on the pega server for any further help.
