Unable to connect to the MSAccess accdb file using the ODBC component

I am unable to connect to the MSAccess accdb file using the ODBC component. I have given the query string as "Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0;Data Source=C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenSpan\Payroll.accdb;"

After giving the connection string and do test connection I get the error that "Test connection failed because of an error in initializing provider. Unspecified error"

Can any one help me please
