Unable to Clear or Delete Assignment Errors
We just upgraded to 8.5.1 from 7.4. WorkQueue and Worklist Assignment Errors under Configure -> Case Management -> Tools -> WorkAdmin is not working. When we clear error status or delete assignment, it says success but nothing is happening. Any assistance?
