Hi Team,

We are trying to send an outbound email with file attachments (.txt, .xlxs, .docx, etc.) and correspondence attachments (auto-generated correspondence for inbound and outbound emails within a case). But, only file attachments are attached in the email and not the correspondence attachments. As per checking our PreSendEmail activity, Correspondence attachments are specifically not copied in the attachments list. Is it possible to add correspondence as an attachment to an outbound email?
