Unable to add inbuild dll

I could add QWS3270 Automation type Library to the reference in solution explorer, but unable to fetch dll from the toolbox. No able to see the dll in choose toolbox items.

The only items you can add to the Toolbox are static methods and objects that inherit from Component. If your DLL contains objects or methods that do not meet these criteria, you'd need to use it in a script.
