UFE Offer Placement
Hi L3 Team,
The CVM Team has observed an issue where the prioritization of UFE offers is not being accurately reflected in their placement order.
1. Red_Unlimited_SIMO_Cross_Sell_15
Business Weight: 0.5
Starting Propensity: 0.6
Lower priority but placed higher
2.ConsumerFixed_NewPortfolioRetentionNBAIB
Business Weight: 0.9
Starting Propensity: 0.9
Higher priority but placed lower
Upon reviewing the Decision Tables, I found that:

Lower priority but placed higher

Business Weight: 0.9
Starting Propensity: 0.9
Higher priority but placed lower
Upon reviewing the Decision Tables, I found that:
- The SetGroupPrioritization for ConsumerFixed_NewPortfolioRetentionNBAIB is set to Retention and Group ProductUpgrade Return is set to 15
- The same conditions for Red_Unlimited_SIMO_Cross_Sell_15 are set to 4
- These are clearly shown in the below SS.
Additionally, in the Strategy: VFGroupPrioritization, the ordering is configured as Highest First (9 to 1), which should ideally place higher priority offers above lower ones.
