We are investigating the possibility to shut down our DEV environment during the night, and restart it in the morning, in order to reduce the costs for the infrastructure on the cloud.

The main issue there is the fact that in the morning all the rules must be recompiled and then the environement is very slow for almost all the morning. 

So I am thinking if there is a way to automatically trigger the rule assembly process by means of some Pega API (from the documentation I only see the API to clear the rule cache, not to trigger the assembly process).

Can anyone help us?
