Trigger Email Notification if Robot goes to Standby

We have a requirement to trigger a email notification to a mailbox whenever robots goes to standby mode apart from scheduled time. Please let us know how to implement this

Please clarify what you mean by "standby mode" and "scheduled time". Is this an RDA or an RPA? If RPA, are you using Robot Manager to provide work to your bots?
