Trial Version Login Issues
We recently created an application within Pega for a team to work within. I'm the original user that created the application. After about a week of the whole team having access without issues, myself and another team member suddenly can't login to the app using our user credentials. It'll return an error stating that the email/password combination can't be found, then after a few tries throws up a kill screen.
Literally nothing has changed between the last time it worked and now, and we've tried various solutions I saw elsewhere in the forums (Clearing cache/cookies, other browsers, Incognito, etc.) with no luck. Any advice?
