Hi All,

We have a requirement with the below scenario, we need to know is it possible to continue the same chat session even after the domain has changed?

Scenario:

• User starts interaction with chat bot from a public web site(www.zzz.com)
• User need additional help and choose to connect to an agent
• Agent need the user to be authenticated to fulfill the request and send a login URL(authenticated by an external system)
• User click on the login URL and logs into his dashboard(www.yyy.com)
• Continues the chat with agent
