Topics not detected from App Studio test, but detected in Prediction Studio test

Topics are no longer detected in my Email channel. When I test for the topics in the email channel in App Studio, the topic is not detected. However, when I test from Prediction Studio - using the same sentence - the topic is detected. All email triage cases are coming in w/ no topics.  What did I mess up?
