Any idea why this error occur? This is from Chrome browser. Came after adapter start. Initially it matched controls but after that below error came and all controls match fail.

@AshKS I can't really tell solely from the partial exception. I would suggest opening an support request so that they could collect a full log and determine the issue. This particular exception may not necessarily be one related to your symptom though (although it certainly is possible). When your controls are no longer matching, do you still see OpenSpan.Translators.Web.MessagingHost.exe running? Also, what version of Pega Runtime are you using?

I am facing the same issue in chrome adapter with runtime version 98. We are using UIAutomation to click on a calendar button. When we monitor the bot it goes good but when we disconnect the VM not sure what's happening and it's failing.

@NareshK49As far as I know, UIAutomation does require your screen to be unlocked. Your VM may be locking the screen when you disconnect. You might look into that.
