The timeline ui control shows interactions/service cases as happening 1 hour in the future.
The operator who initiated interactions,service cases belongs to Europe/Amsterdam time zone.
In order to make sure whether it is occuring for all time zones. I have udpated my operator profile timezone to Asia/Kolkata and aslo checked with EST time zone. In both these cases system time and the interaction created time are in sync.
Could some one help me in order to find the resolution to this issue.
