Timeline UI control shows that interactions,service cases are created 1hr in future
  • The timeline ui control shows interactions/service cases as happening 1 hour in the future.
  • The operator who initiated interactions,service cases belongs to Europe/Amsterdam time zone.
  • In order to make sure whether it is occuring for all time zones. I have udpated my operator profile timezone to Asia/Kolkata and aslo checked with EST time zone. In both these cases system time and the interaction created time are in sync.
  • Could some one help me in order to find TimeLineControlthe resolution to this issue.
