Is there a way to query all queue definitions, especially OTTB queues used by Pega Stream?

There are many OOTB queues that Pega uses. I would like to know the frequency of execution and a rough idea of how many messages are processed. I need to do this for 15 apps. Admin Studio gives indication that some information is available but not how to get the frequency/schedule or a sense of volumes. Any suggestions?  This is related to our efforts to externalize Pega Stream to a Kafka cluster. Admin Studio screenshot
