We have tried using 'Cookie-Script' tool in order to manage the setup of the cookie Consent form to stay in compliance with European laws. However this tool doesn't seem to be declining/blocking the Pega cookies when requested such as the cookies of Pega-RULES, Pega-Perf. So our question to you is: do you have a recommendation about which tool can be used to satisfy the below requirements ?

• The tool must block any cookie before consent & after rejecting the cookie policy
• The tool must blocks 3rd party cookies
• Users should be able to revisit cookies settings and change their mind at anytime
• Have the ability to manage all cookies texts like Description & Categories
• Multilingual support
• Ability to change design, colors and the look & feel
