Theme Cosmos Preview not being displayed

Hi All,

Our application is migrated from UI Kit Implementation to Theme-Cosmos 02 , the Preview pane is being displayed when launched from dashboard or any of the portal landing pages as expected, however when being launched from within the case context or from the ToDo assignment list the preview pane is not displayed.

I have already checked for 1) The links for the case ID are configured using the "Open Work By Handle"/"Open work item" under the actions tab. 2) The section "CaseHeader" is present in the harness when triggered from both dashboard  and from within case context. 3) "no-peek-preview" is not being used. 4) Trace does not invoke any of the Cosmos related rules ( attached the Trace)

One specific patter I have observed is that, if the preview pane triggered from Dashboard or portal landing pages is not closed and then the above actions of invoking the preview pane from within the case or ToDo list is working as expected.
