In Theme Cosmos how can i configure email manager menu in user portal

I have a requirment, in theme cosmos i have to add email manager menu in user portal. When we click on the email manager menu item in user portal it should open the email manager harness and it should display the all email triage cases. Can anyone help me on this issue.
