Textarea does not popup when i select any dropdown
I have any issue that When I select an item from dropdown list then the text area does not showup through automation. Any suggestions? In my automation I did use selectItemBytext from the dropdown then used waitforevent is created for the text area.

The likely resolution will be that you need to raise the appropriate events. Examine the OuterHtml property of the control to see if any On... events are raised. If so, call the same ones using the RaiseEvent method. If none are, try these common ones to see if they force the change; OnBlur, OnChange, OnClick, and OnMouseUp.
If this does not work, you may need to use the browser's developer tools to track down which events are firing and from what controls.
